What we collect

When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your identity provider. We store this alongside the gig history, ratings, and notes you add to your account.

How we use it

Your data is used to run WasThr — showing your gig history and stats, letting people you follow see your activity, matching you with friends at the same shows, and sending in-app notifications. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

These services process your data as part of running WasThr:

  • Clerk — authentication
  • Supabase — database (stored in Australia)
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Resend — email delivery
  • Spotify — if you connect your account, we store an OAuth token and import your followed artists

Deletion and export

You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings at any time — no email required. Data is deleted promptly. You can also download your gig history as CSV from account settings.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication sessions only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Deletion and export are available in your account settings. For anything else, email privacy@wasthr.app.
